At Redkechcar, we prioritize transparency and clarity in our car hire agreements. Therefore, it’s crucial for you to understand the terms and conditions that govern your rental experience with us.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Before you embark on your journey with one of our vehicles, you must meet certain criteria.

• Age Requirement: Firstly, our car hire service caters to individuals aged between 19 and 80. Additionally, you must hold a valid driver’s license written in the Roman alphabet, which you have held for at least one year.

COVERAGE AND LIABILITY

When you rent a car from Redkechcar, you benefit from comprehensive coverage in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle. However, we limit liability in such cases.

• Coverage Details: The deductible amounts vary depending on the car type: approximately EUR 500.00 for economy cars, EUR 1000.00 for premium cars, and EUR 2000.00 for luxury cars. Moreover, we accept cash and debit card payments for deposits.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Redkechcar offers various options to customize your car hire experience.

• Complimentary Services: For instance, this includes complimentary child seats and unlimited kilometers with a minimum rental period of three days. Additionally, please note that there’s a EUR 100 out-of-town travel fee for journeys outside Marrakech.

BORDER CROSSING AND RESTRICTIONS

It’s important to note that we strictly prohibit crossing outside Morocco with our rental vehicles.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Your reservation with Redkechcar includes VAT at the current rate, liability insurance covering injuries or damages outside the rental vehicle, and unlimited kilometers.

• Fuel Exclusion: However, it’s essential to remember that fuel costs are not included in the rental package, and you’re responsible for refueling the vehicle before returning it.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Please adhere to our general conditions.

• Travel Restrictions: Notably, these include restrictions on driving our rental vehicles outside of Morocco. Furthermore, rental prices are based on a 24-hour period, with a minimum rental duration of three days.

We strongly recommend confirming the fuel type (diesel or petrol) during pickup to avoid any inconvenience during your rental period.
